Please read the following information carefully, as it provides helpful information to get your registration started.
In the “Extras” section please choose only additional add-ons, which have been approved by our staff beforehand.
If you are part of a Team / StartUp and you have a written contract, we will make sure, that the conditions in the contract will be matched before we activate your account.
If you are part of a Team / StartUp and another person is paying for your membership and bookings, please choose "Invoice" when asked for a payment method.
If you are part of a team please double check that the spelling of your company / team name is consistent on all accounts.
If you have a trial membership, please choose "Invoice" as the payment method.
When asked for a payment method, you can only choose Direct Debit (Lastschrift). We will deduct the amount directly from your bank account.
After registering, a member of the MotionLab-Team has to activate your account. Please note that we will only activate your account after you have visited one of our weekly introductory meetups (for individuals) or after a custom one on one private session with your team (e. g. StartUps, companies). There, we explain machine handling, space usage and everything regarding our community in person. You won't be billed before your account is activated.
